Each photography session is thoughtfully designed to capture your story through an editorial and intentional approach, whatever the occasion.

I do not not currently offer full-scale wedding or large-event photography.

I also do not offer newborn photography. Newborn photography requires specialized knowledge and safety practices, particularly for posed newborn imagery. For the safety and comfort of your baby, I recommend choosing a photographer with dedicated newborn safety training and experience.

However, baby milestone sessions are available beyond the newborn stage, including first birthdays, cake smash sessions, and other milestone portraits.

Raindance Studios is based in Belton, Texas and primarily serves the Central Texas area, including Belton, Temple, Killeen, Salado, and surrounding areas.

Travel is available for sessions outside of the local service area and is subject to a travel fee based on distance. You can find these fees on the pricing page. Select travel sessions throughout Texas may be accepted with advance booking.

Out-of-state travel is not currently available.

BOOKING & RETAINER

All sessions begin with an inquiry and consultation to discuss your vision, answer questions, and determine whether I am the right fit for your project.

Once you decide to move forward, a private booking link will be provided to complete your booking. Your session date and time are officially reserved once the signed contract and 30% non-refundable retainer have been received.

The retainer is applied toward the total photography session fee and is non-refundable. Submitting an inquiry or completing a consultation does not guarantee or reserve a session date.

REMAINING BALANCE

The remaining photography session balance is due immediately following your session.

Accepted payment methods are Cash, Cash App, and Zelle.

Final image processing and delivery will not begin until the session balance has been paid in full.

TRAVEL

Raindance Studios is based in Belton, Texas and primarily serves the Central Texas area. Travel outside the local service area is available and subject to a travel fee based on distance.

The full travel fee is due at the time of booking and must be paid in full along with the required retainer to secure the session.

Travel fees are separate from the photography session fee and are non-refundable once the session has been booked.

The 30% non-refundable retainer applies to the photography session fee only and is credited toward the remaining session balance.

Out-of-state travel is not currently available.

STUDIO FEES

Studio rental fees are separate from the photography session fee and are the responsibility of the client.

Studio fees vary based on the selected location, rental duration, and studio requirements. Once a studio has been selected, the rental fee must be paid in full to secure the reservation.

Studio rental fees are non-refundable and are subject to the selected studio's cancellation and rescheduling policies.

I am happy to recommend studio options based on your vision and budget and assist with the booking process when applicable.

PERMITS & LOCATION FEES

Clients are responsible for any permits, location fees, admission fees, or permissions required for their selected location.

This includes fees charged by municipalities, parks, venues, private properties, or other governing entities. Any required permits or permissions must be secured prior to the scheduled session.

Raindance Studios is not responsible for delays, restrictions, cancellations, or additional costs resulting from missing permits, unpaid location fees, or location restrictions.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

A $50 rescheduling fee is required when booking the new date. The original retainer will be transferred to the rescheduled session.

Requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer may be required to book a future session.

Same-day rescheduling is only permitted in cases of emergency or inclement weather at the photographer's discretion.

Any applicable travel, studio, or location fees may be subject to the policies of the respective provider and may need to be repaid if a new reservation is required.

CANCELLATION

If a client chooses to cancel their session, the 30% retainer will be retained as the cancellation fee.

Any additional payments made toward the photography session may be refunded at the photographer's discretion, less any non-refundable expenses or fees already incurred on the client's behalf.

Travel fees are non-refundable once the session has been booked. Studio rental fees and other third-party expenses are also subject to the applicable provider's cancellation policies.

LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOWS

Clients are expected to arrive on time and ready for their scheduled session.

Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. Any time lost due to the client's late arrival will be deducted from the scheduled session time.

If a client has not arrived or communicated with Raindance Studios within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show.

No-shows result in forfeiture of the retainer and cancellation of the appointment. A new retainer may be required to book another session.

PROOFING, IMAGE SELECTION & DELIVERY

Following your session, Raindance Studios will provide a curated proofing gallery containing the usable images captured during your session.

The proofing gallery allows clients to review their images and select the number of photographs included with their package. Proofing images are provided for selection purposes only and are not final edited images.

Once selections are submitted, the chosen images will be professionally edited and delivered through your final online gallery.

Final edited images are typically delivered within the turnaround time listed on your package after selections are received.

Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons or for projects requiring additional editing. Clients will be notified if a significant delay is anticipated.

Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.

RAW IMAGES

RAW files are not included with standard session pricing.

Clients who would like to purchase the original, unedited files from their session may purchase the Full RAW Gallery as an additional service.

RAW files are the original files captured directly from the camera and are delivered unedited and as-is. They are not color corrected, retouched, or professionally processed and may appear flat or unfinished.

RAW files are intended for further editing and require compatible software to properly view and process.

The purchase of RAW files does not include additional edited images.

ONLINE GALLERY

Final edited images and purchased RAW files will be delivered through your online gallery.

Clients are responsible for downloading and safely backing up all delivered images.

Galleries will remain available for 30 days from the date of delivery and may be removed after that period without notice.

Raindance Studios is not responsible for maintaining or recovering image files after the gallery expiration period. Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up their images immediately upon delivery.

EDITING & RETOUCHING

All included edited images receive Raindance Studios' standard professional editing, which may include color correction, color grading, exposure and lighting adjustments, skin retouching, and minor blemish removal.

Advanced editing requests are not included in standard pricing. This may include extensive retouching, body modifications, object removal, background replacement, compositing, graphic design, CGI, or other labor-intensive alterations.

Advanced editing requests may be accepted for an additional fee based on the scope and complexity of the work. A custom quote will be provided when applicable.

ADDITIONAL IMAGES

Each photography package includes a specified number of professionally edited images.

Clients may purchase additional edited images beyond the number included with their package. Current additional image pricing is listed in the Additional Services & Add-Ons section of the pricing page.

INTIMATE ELOPEMENTS

Raindance Studios currently accepts select courthouse ceremonies and intimate elopements on a limited basis.

Intimate elopement coverage is subject to availability, location, travel requirements, and project scope. Full-scale weddings and large events are not currently offered.
