I offer photography services for birthdays, graduations, headshots, maternity, branding/e-commerce, fashion, family sessions, and more.

Please Note: At this time, I do not offer wedding or large event photography. Small events, elopements, and intimate ceremonies may be accepted on a limited basis and are subject to availability and project scope.

I currently serve the Central Texas area, including Austin, Belton, Killeen, Temple, and Waco. At this time, sessions are offered locally only, and travel outside of Central Texas is not available.

Booking & Deposit:

Booking — Once you reach out, we'll begin with a free consultation to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and ensure I am the right fit for your project. After the consultation, if you decide to move forward, a private booking link will be sent to reserve your appointment.

To secure your session date and time, a signed contract and a 30% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer is applied toward the total cost of your session.

Remaining Balance — The remaining balance is due immediately following the photoshoot and may be paid via Cash, Cash App, or Zelle only. Once the balance has been paid in full, you will receive access to all RAW images within 48 hours to review and make your final image selections.

Photoshoot Location:

Studio Fees — Studio sessions require an additional studio rental fee separate from the photography session fee. Studio pricing varies by location and will be discussed during your consultation. Once a studio is selected, an invoice for the studio rental fee will be sent to the client. The studio fee must be paid in full before the studio reservation can be confirmed. Studio rental fees are non-refundable and are subject to the studio's cancellation and rescheduling policies. I am happy to recommend studio options that best fit your vision, style, and budget and can assist with coordinating the booking process.

Permits & Location Fees — Clients are responsible for any permits, location fees, or permissions required for their chosen shoot location. This includes fees charged by local municipalities, parks, venues, private properties, or other governing entities. To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted session, all required permits and permissions must be secured prior to the scheduled shoot date. Any delays, restrictions, or cancellations resulting from missing permits or unpaid location fees are the responsibility of the client.

Scheduling:

Rescheduling Policy — Same-day rescheduling is not permitted except in cases of inclement weather or emergencies. To reschedule a session, clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice prior to their scheduled appointment. A $50 rescheduling fee is required at the time the new date is booked. Failure to provide the required notice will result in forfeiture of the retainer, and a new retainer will be required to secure a future session date.

Cancellation Policy — If a client chooses to cancel their session, the 30% non-refundable retainer will be retained and applied as the cancellation fee. Any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at the photographer's discretion, less any expenses already incurred.

Late Arrival & No-Show Policy — Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session. Session times will not be extended due to late arrival. Clients arriving late will forfeit the amount of session time lost. If a client has not arrived or communicated with the photographer within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, the session will be considered a no-show, resulting in forfeiture of the retainer and cancellation of the appointment.

Images & Delivery:

Image Processing & Delivery — RAW images will be delivered within 48 hours of the session once the remaining balance has been paid in full. Clients may then select their preferred images for editing. Final edited images will be delivered within 7–14 business days from the date selections are received. Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons or due to project complexity, and clients will be notified of any delays.

Online Gallery — Clients are responsible for downloading, backing up, and safely storing all RAW and edited images upon delivery. Online galleries will remain active for 30 days from the delivery date. After 30 days, galleries may be removed without notice, and the photographer is not responsible for maintaining image files beyond this period.

Standard Editing Includes — All edited images include standard professional enhancements such as color correction, color grading, lighting adjustments, skin retouching, and minor blemish removal. Requests for advanced editing, including graphic design work, compositing, CGI, body modifications, background replacements, or extensive retouching, are not included and will incur additional charges. Pricing will be determined based on the scope and complexity of the requested edits.

Additional Edits — Each package includes a specified number of edited images. Clients who wish to purchase additional edits beyond those included in their selected package may do so for an additional fee. Current add-on pricing can be found on the pricing page or provided upon request.
